As I stated in my previous post... lock down occured and nothing was found
Hunting does go on Sat. mornings beginning at 7:15.  Mostly in the Fall.  I know because I wake up to it all the time.  I am also in Providence towards the back.  I have been told it is geese hunting.  Anyway, since schools have a "No Tolerance" policy...
Let's all do some research before we start speculating, throw out wild statements and criticizing others:

Oh, I'm sorry that you didn't like MY opinion. Oh well...  I guess we do disagree. Wink
I didn't say geese hunting farmers.  My assumption was that the shots I was hearing was hunters firing at geese.

Thanks, Summer...That's a great idea.  I hadn't thought of it.

...and thanks so much for helping me reach my goal!   Smiley

My point is that farming has nothing to do with a bullet being found in our schools.  Hunters are only a portion of people who own guns and that we have no idea if children brought these bullets to school.  Maybe the second bullet was a prank.  But wha...
We do live in a farming community.. there are hunters that live in Providence as well as the out lying areas.. and I do know a few that live in Providence.  My daughter went to CHS and a bullet was found once there and the school was on lock down for t...
Thanks Dodgers!  Yes the banks need a wake up call for sure.  Hopefully one day it will happen!  Also thanks for the well wishes, New Elgin has been quite good to me and I will continue to help as many people as I can!
